Yes. NegoFlow is a French company (SAS registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register), headquartered in Paris. The application is designed and developed in France by our team, and your data is hosted on sovereign cloud infrastructure in Europe. Your point of contact, from the first conversation to day-to-day support, is based in France and speaks your trade's language.

A typical rollout takes about a month. It includes retrieving your data (customers, suppliers, products, ...) and importing it into the software, along with training your teams to use the new tool. This onboarding is quoted separately from the subscription.

Every plan includes software updates and technical support: our teams are available to assist you with anything you need.

A conventional ERP imposes its procedures on the company, and teams spend months adjusting to them. We approach it the other way round: your ways of working stay yours, and the tool adapts to them. A typical rollout takes about a month, including retrieving your data and training your teams, and Flo, the built-in assistant, answers your teams' questions directly in the application, as they arise. Our first customers were working across several Drives, Excel files, notebooks and mailboxes: nobody had to change their job, what disappeared was the duplicate data entry.

Our tiers are calibrated on the volume of orders you handle each year, not on the size of your team: 3 to 6 licences are included depending on the plan, and our prices are public. The right point of comparison is not the price of a piece of software but the cost of the administrative time it absorbs: at our first customers, each user gained 17 hours per week, measured in the field.

The caution is justified: an ERP touches the financial core of the company, there is no room for approximation. The architecture therefore separates two things. The AI reads and prepares: it extracts an order received by email, PDF or message, spots an anomaly, raises an alert when a cost threatens the margin on a lot. The entries that commit your money are executed by deterministic business rules, not by a probabilistic model. You keep the decision, and nothing goes out to a customer or a supplier without your approval.

Your purchase prices, your customer book and your margins are your main asset: we treat them as such. Your data remains yours. It is hosted on sovereign cloud infrastructure in Europe, partitioned customer by customer, and is not used to train a model shared with anyone else. Our vision models are trained on our own field datasets, built with the consent of the professionals who produced them.

No. Your price is locked for the entire period you subscribed to. A change can only take effect at renewal, you are notified in advance, and it is capped at 5% per year, indexed to the Syntec index. If it does not suit you, you can terminate before it applies.
